Welcome to Rizon Maps AI. By purchasing any plan, website service, platform access, or digital visibility solution from Rizon Maps AI, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms define the relationship, responsibilities, service limitations, subscription conditions, ownership rights and platform access rules between Rizon Maps AI and the client.
Rizon Maps AI, ABN 50 913 094 981.
1. Our Services
Rizon Maps AI is a managed digital infrastructure provider delivering website development, search and AI visibility services, professional business email configuration, and platform access to businesses in Australia and internationally. Our services include:
- Website design, development and deployment
- Website hosting, SSL and server management
- Website maintenance, security monitoring and updates
- Professional business email configuration
- Search visibility services
- AI platform visibility services
- Visibility Dashboard access
- Rizon AutoDealer dealership websites and Management Platform access
- Ongoing improvements to website code as search and AI platforms change
What the client is purchasing. The core deliverable of every plan is the website, together with Visibility Dashboard access or, for Rizon AutoDealer clients, Management Platform access. Professional business email is an additional feature included within the plan, and the transfer of a client's previously stored email from another provider is a further additional service provided as part of setup where circumstances allow.
These additional features do not define the service purchased. Where professional email cannot be provided in the form the client expected, or where historic email cannot be transferred, in whole or in part, the core deliverable is unaffected and the service is not thereby incomplete. A client who receives a working website, dashboard access and newly configured email addresses has received the service purchased, whether or not previously stored email was successfully transferred. Circumstances of that kind do not give rise to a refund, credit or right of cancellation.
2. Plans & Pricing
Rizon Maps AI is currently offering the plans set out below. Each is available on two payment options that deliver exactly the same service and differ only in when payment is made. Plans, inclusions and pricing may be added, changed or withdrawn over time; the plan purchased by a client is the plan described to them at the time of purchase.
2.1 Business Website & Visibility Dashboard
Flexible Plan — AUD$1,197 today, then AUD$129 per month. The setup fee is payable at purchase and covers the design, development and launch of the website. The monthly subscription begins one month after purchase. Total across the first twelve months: AUD$2,745.
Upfront Plan — AUD$2,197, one payment. Covers the setup and the first twelve months of subscription. Nothing further is payable until month thirteen, when the standard subscription of AUD$129 per month begins. Compared with the Flexible Plan this saves AUD$548 across the first year.
2.2 Rizon AutoDealer — Dealership Website & Management Platform
Flexible Plan — AUD$1,497 today, then AUD$189 per month. Total across the first twelve months: AUD$3,765.
Upfront Plan — AUD$2,997, one payment. Covers setup and the first twelve months. The subscription of AUD$189 per month begins at month thirteen. Saves AUD$768 across the first year.
2.3 Paying the subscription annually
On either product the ongoing subscription may be paid annually in advance instead of monthly: AUD$1,197 per year for Business Websites, or AUD$1,797 per year for Rizon AutoDealer. This option is available on both plans and may be taken up at any renewal date.
2.4 The setup fee is charged once
Whichever plan is chosen, the setup fee is a single charge. Clients are not asked to pay a further setup or rebuild fee for the duration of their subscription.
2.5 What every plan includes
- A website built for the client's industry and fully customised to their logo, brand colours, services and content
- Mobile-first, fast-loading, structured for Google and AI search
- Click-to-call, WhatsApp, SMS and email integration
- Service and suburb/area pages
- Professional business email on the client’s domain — one mailbox with up to five aliases, six addresses in total (see Section 8)
- Logo creation on request
- Hosting, SSL, security monitoring, backups and technical maintenance
- Full Visibility Dashboard access for the life of the subscription
- Rizon AutoDealer plans additionally include the Management Platform (Section 12)
2.6 Who these plans are for
Rizon Maps AI plans are designed for businesses that serve customers in a physical location or service area — trades and contractors, and motor vehicle dealerships. The websites, the suburb and service-area structure, the Visibility Dashboard and the Management Platform are all built around how those businesses are found and contacted.
Businesses that operate entirely online are not covered by these plans. If your business has no physical premises and no defined service area — an e-commerce store, a software product, an online-only service — please contact us before purchasing so we can assess whether we can deliver what you need. If we can, you are welcome to proceed. See Section 23.
2.7 How prices are advertised
Where Rizon Maps AI advertises a monthly figure derived from an annual subscription — for example "from $149 per month" — that figure is the annual subscription price divided by twelve, shown for comparison. The annual subscription is payable as a single amount in advance. The monthly and annual amounts actually payable under each plan are set out above.
3. Billing & Payments
How payments are processed. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the method chosen at the time of purchase. Card details are handled entirely by those providers and are never stored on Rizon Maps AI systems.
Where to manage your billing. Your billing history, invoices, payment method and card details are held in your account with the payment provider that processed your purchase, and that account is the primary place to view invoices, update a card or change payment details. Rizon Maps AI also provides a billing page inside the client dashboard with a direct link through to that provider, as a convenience. That page is an additional convenience and not a contracted feature of any plan; the payment provider's own account remains the authoritative record and the primary channel for billing matters.
Currency. All prices are set in Australian Dollars (AUD). Where a client pays in another currency such as USD or EUR, the amount charged is converted from the AUD price and may differ slightly at the time of purchase due to exchange rate movement and any conversion handling applied by the payment provider. The AUD price is the reference price for all purchases.
GST. Rizon Maps AI is not registered for GST. No GST is charged and prices do not include GST.
Other taxes. Clients are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax, duty or government charge applicable to their purchase under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
4. The 7-Day Free Trial
Rizon Maps AI offers a 7-day free trial of Rizon AutoDealer. No payment details are required and no charge is made at any point during the trial.
During the trial the client receives a working dealership website at a temporary address and full access to the Management Platform, including vehicle listings, photo uploads, and trade-in enquiries. The trial is the complete product, not a limited version.
At the end of the seven days the trial account becomes inactive. Trial websites, vehicle listings, uploaded photographs and any enquiry data are permanently removed from Rizon Maps AI systems within 30 days of the trial ending, unless the client proceeds to a paid plan.
Rizon Maps AI may decline or end a trial where there are indicators of misuse, automated signup, or use of the trial to obtain the service without payment.
Business Website plans do not include a free trial. The full range of website templates is published on the Rizon Maps AI website and may be browsed in detail before purchase, so clients can see exactly what is being delivered.
5. Ongoing Subscription
The subscription covers website hosting, SSL, security monitoring and updates, backups, technical maintenance, continued Visibility Dashboard access, Management Platform access for Rizon AutoDealer clients, professional business email service, ongoing improvements to the website's code as search and AI platforms change, and technical support.
When the service begins. The service begins immediately on purchase. The client’s account is created automatically, dashboard or platform access is provisioned, onboarding instructions are issued by email, and the setup work is scheduled into the production workflow. Purchase is the point at which Rizon Maps AI commits resources to the client, and the service is live from that moment.
Billing. On the Flexible Plan, the setup fee is payable at purchase and the monthly subscription of AUD$129 begins one month after the date of purchase. For Rizon AutoDealer the monthly subscription is AUD$189 on the same basis. On the Upfront Plan, billing begins in month thirteen. There is no minimum term and no fixed-period contract that renews automatically; the subscription continues month to month, or year to year if paid annually, until cancelled.
Billing runs from the date of purchase, not from launch. Subscription billing is calculated from the purchase date and is not conditional on the website being published, on the dashboard being connected, or on any other milestone being reached. Publication depends on steps that only the client can complete — in particular directing the domain to the Rizon Maps AI hosting environment, and supplying the materials and approvals set out in Section 22. By purchasing a plan the client confirms that they understand this, and accepts that where launch is delayed by matters within the client’s control, subscription payments continue to fall due on schedule. A delay of that kind is not a failure of the service by Rizon Maps AI, does not suspend or defer billing, and does not give rise to a refund, credit or discount.
Where a client is having difficulty completing a step on their side, Rizon Maps AI will assist and will advise on the fastest route through it. Clients who no longer wish to proceed may cancel at any time under Section 21; billing then stops at the end of the period already paid.
Cancellation. The subscription may be cancelled at any time. Service continues to the end of the period already paid, after which the website is taken offline. No refund is provided for a partly used period. Full cancellation terms are set out in Section 21.
Failed payment. If a payment fails, Rizon Maps AI will attempt to contact the client by email and by the phone number on file — a failed payment is usually an expired card rather than a decision to leave. Services remain active during a 15-day grace period. If no payment is received and no contact is made within that period, hosting, email forwarding and platform access may be suspended. Website and platform data is not deleted on suspension. The site is taken offline and is no longer reachable on the internet, and the data is retained so that service can be restored if the account is brought up to date.
Rizon Maps AI is not liable for business impact resulting from suspension after reasonable contact attempts have been made. Clients are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of important business content and email communications.
Price changes. Rizon Maps AI may adjust subscription rates to reflect changes in infrastructure, hosting or third-party platform costs. Adjustments are not necessarily annual. Existing clients may, at the discretion of Rizon Maps AI, retain legacy pricing. Any change applies only to future billing periods and never to a period already paid, and clients receive reasonable notice by email before it takes effect. Clients who do not accept an updated price may cancel and migrate their domain and email before the change takes effect.
6. Work Outside the Subscription
The subscription covers the ongoing operation, hosting and technical maintenance of what has already been built, and improvements Rizon Maps AI identifies and applies to the website's code.
It does not cover new development work. This includes new pages, significant template or layout changes, new features, redesigns, repositioning of existing features, new campaigns, or extensive content rewrites.
Work of this kind is quoted separately before it begins, based on the scope of the request and the development time required. No work outside the subscription is carried out without the client's approval of a quote.
Businesses requiring frequent or recurring changes — regular product uploads, ongoing content updates, seasonal promotions — may request a separate monthly agreement, quoted on workload and frequency.
7. Visibility Dashboard
The Visibility Dashboard is a proprietary system owned and operated by Rizon Maps AI. It may include search visibility reporting, traffic reporting, Google Maps visibility insights, AI platform visibility data, keyword and competitor insights, geographic heat grid data, website health checks and business performance metrics.
Dashboard access is a licence for the duration of the subscription. The client does not acquire ownership of the platform, software, systems, backend infrastructure, automations, algorithms or proprietary technologies.
Dashboard data is compiled and refreshed periodically, as required, across the platforms in use. Because of the volume and variety of integrated third-party platforms, data extraction does not occur in real time and is not tied to a fixed schedule or guaranteed frequency.
The timing of updates may vary according to third-party platform availability, API limits, scheduled maintenance or internal operational procedures. In some cases all dashboard data may be affected; in others, only specific data sets are delayed while the rest continues to update normally. Variation in update timing does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.
Availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may make the dashboard temporarily unavailable. Rizon Maps AI will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime. Temporary unavailability does not entitle the client to a refund, credit or extension.
8. Professional Business Email
Plans include one professional mailbox and up to five additional email aliases on the client's domain — six addresses in total — configured within the Rizon Maps AI hosting environment, giving the business an identity such as contact@yourbusiness.com.au in place of a personal address.
How the service is structured. Aliases are additional addresses that deliver into the same mailbox. This allows a business to publish several addresses — for example contact@, quotes@ and accounts@ — without the cost of separate mailboxes. Mail is then forwarded to an email account nominated by the client, most commonly Gmail, and the client is configured to send from each of their business addresses so replies display the business identity. This allows the client to send and receive business email on both computer and mobile through an interface they already use, at no additional licensing cost.
Storage. The mailbox provided includes 5 GB of storage. Storage, alias limits and sending limits are set by the underlying email provider and may change; where a change materially affects the service, Rizon Maps AI will notify affected clients. A mailbox that reaches its storage limit will stop receiving new mail until space is cleared. Monitoring mailbox usage is the client's responsibility, and Rizon Maps AI will assist on request.
The client's own email account. Where mail is forwarded to a client-owned account such as Gmail, that account is provided by a third party under its own terms, and its storage, security, availability and continued operation are the client's responsibility. A free Google account currently provides 15 GB shared across Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos; if that allowance is exhausted, the account may stop receiving mail. Rizon Maps AI does not control, administer or warrant any client-owned third-party account.
Separate mailboxes for separate users. All aliases deliver into a single shared mailbox, so every alias is visible to whoever has access to that mailbox. Where a business requires individual, private inboxes for separate staff members, each additional user requires an independent mailbox, which is quoted and charged separately. Clients should identify the number of users requiring separate access before purchase.
Delivery. Email depends on mail servers, spam filters, DNS configuration and receiving providers outside the control of Rizon Maps AI. Forwarded mail in particular may occasionally be delayed, filtered or rejected by a receiving provider, including where a sending organisation applies strict authentication policies. Individual delivery outcomes are not guaranteed, and a delayed, filtered or undelivered message does not constitute a failure of the service.
- Email service depends on an active subscription with Rizon Maps AI;
- the domain portion of the address belongs to the client's domain name, which remains fully owned by the client;
- advanced configurations, external provider integrations or additional independent mailboxes may incur additional cost;
- existing email accounts are not modified unless the client requests it;
- where a client already operates Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or an equivalent hosted email service, that service is left in place and no Rizon Maps AI mailbox is provided.
Setup and support access. Configuring professional email requires Rizon Maps AI to create and configure accounts on the client's behalf. This includes mailboxes and aliases within the Rizon Maps AI hosting environment and, where the client requests assistance, the client's own nominated email application. Administrative access to mailboxes hosted by Rizon Maps AI is retained for the duration of the subscription so that support can be provided without delay.
By requesting configuration assistance, the client authorises Rizon Maps AI to access and configure the relevant accounts on their behalf, by whatever means the client makes available for that purpose. The method is chosen for the client's convenience and may be varied by agreement at any time. Access obtained in this way is limited to configuring, maintaining and supporting the service. Clients who prefer to carry out the configuration themselves may do so using documentation supplied by Rizon Maps AI, and may withdraw or change access at any time.
9. Email Migration & Continuity
Migrating existing email to Rizon Maps AI. Where a client already uses an email address on their own domain, Rizon Maps AI recreates that address within its hosting environment so that incoming mail continues to be received without interruption. Existing addresses continue to work provided the client identifies them before the transition.
Client obligations before migration. Migration depends on information and access that only the client can provide. Before any migration begins, the client must:
- hold control of the domain name, or be able to obtain it;
- identify every email address currently in use on the domain;
- provide the current mailbox password, or confirm that it can be obtained;
- nominate the email account to which mail will be delivered;
- keep the previous email service active and paid for at least 30 days after the transition.
Historic email. Messages already stored with a previous provider are held on that provider's servers and are not transferred by a change of DNS. Where the client provides working credentials for the existing mailbox, Rizon Maps AI will copy the stored history into the client's nominated email account as part of the setup fee, covering one mailbox. Additional mailboxes are quoted separately. Where the client cannot provide working credentials for the existing mailbox, historic email cannot be recovered. Rizon Maps AI has no means of accessing a mailbox controlled by a third party without the client's credentials or that party's cooperation.
Migration is provided on a best-efforts basis. Copying stored email between providers depends on systems, servers, software and third-party platforms that are outside the control of Rizon Maps AI, including the previous provider's mail server, the client's nominated email provider, and the transfer tools used. Rizon Maps AI follows a documented procedure designed to transfer as much of the client's stored email as the source system makes available.
The client acknowledges and accepts that, despite that procedure, a transfer may be incomplete. Folders, subfolders, sent items, calendar entries, contacts, attachments, message formatting, timestamps or individual messages may be partially transferred, altered or not transferred at all, including where the source system imposes limits, throttles access, holds data in a proprietary format, or becomes unavailable during the process. An incomplete or unsuccessful transfer of historic email is not a failure of the service, does not constitute a defect in the services purchased, and does not give rise to a refund, credit, discount or right of cancellation. Clients are encouraged to retain their own independent backup of important communications before any migration begins.
The 30-day requirement. The previous email service must remain active for at least 30 days after the transition. This period allows messages that arrive during DNS propagation to be recovered and allows the transition to be reversed if required. Where a client cancels, or allows the lapse of, a previous email or hosting service before the end of that period, stored historic email may be permanently deleted by that provider and cannot be recovered. Rizon Maps AI accepts no liability for email lost in those circumstances.
Migrating away from Rizon Maps AI. Clients may migrate email services to an independent provider at any time during the active service term. Rizon Maps AI will release the relevant DNS records as required. Rizon Maps AI is not responsible for configuring, managing or completing setup on a third-party platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring their new provider is correctly configured and for backing up all important email data before migration or cancellation. Optional technical assistance may be available on request and may be subject to a separate fee.
If the subscription ends, email aliases and forwarding depending on the Rizon Maps AI environment stop working when hosting is suspended. To avoid interruption, clients should migrate email to an independent provider before cancellation, update their MX records, and back up communications independently. Mail already delivered to a client-owned account such as Gmail is unaffected and remains with the client.
Rizon Maps AI is not responsible for email data loss, communication interruptions or service gaps resulting from cancellation, non-payment, late migration requests, early cancellation of a previous provider, or transitions performed outside Rizon Maps AI infrastructure.
If you plan to cancel, contact us at least 30 days in advance so we can help with a smooth transition before hosting is affected.
10. Domain Ownership & DNS
Clients purchase and renew their own domain names through third-party providers such as Hostinger, GoDaddy or similar, and retain full ownership of the domain at all times, including .com.au and other Australian domains. Failure to renew a domain may make the website and email inaccessible.
Client warranty at the time of purchase. By purchasing a plan, the client confirms that they own the domain name to be used and hold, or are able to obtain, full administrative access to it. Rizon Maps AI relies on that confirmation in accepting the purchase and in scheduling the work.
Where the client does not hold domain access. A website cannot be published and email cannot be delivered on a domain the client cannot control. Where, after purchase, it emerges that the client does not hold administrative access to the domain they intended to use, the client must either recover that access from the party holding it or register a new domain and direct it to the Rizon Maps AI hosting environment. Rizon Maps AI will advise on both routes and will connect a new domain at no additional charge.
This is not a basis for cancellation or refund. Recovery of a domain held by a former provider is a matter between the client and that provider or the relevant registrar, and its outcome and timing are outside the control of Rizon Maps AI. The client accepts that difficulty, delay or failure in recovering an existing domain does not constitute a failure of the service by Rizon Maps AI and does not give rise to a refund, credit or right of cancellation, as the service remains deliverable on a new domain. Where the client elects not to pursue either route, the plan continues under the ordinary cancellation terms in Section 21.
Domain control is a prerequisite. Rizon Maps AI cannot begin work on a website or email service unless the client controls, or can obtain control of, the domain name. Australian .com.au domains are registered against the registrant's ABN and remain the property of that business regardless of who built or managed the previous website. Where a client has lost access to a domain held by a former provider, Rizon Maps AI can advise on the recovery process, but recovery is carried out by the client with their registrar and is outside the scope of the service.
Disclosure of existing email. Changing DNS records affects both website and email delivery. Before any DNS change, the client must disclose all email addresses and email services currently operating on the domain. Rizon Maps AI accepts no liability for interruption to, or loss of, email that was not disclosed before a DNS change was made. Where a client already operates Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or an equivalent service, existing mail routing records are preserved and left unchanged.
To connect a domain, the client updates their DNS settings using instructions provided by Rizon Maps AI.
Assistance with registration and connection. Where a client requests it and authorises it in writing, Rizon Maps AI can assist with registering a new domain and connecting it to the client's website and email. Any domain registered on a client's behalf is registered in the client's name and remains the client's property. Registration and renewal fees charged by the domain provider are payable by the client and are separate from any Rizon Maps plan. Rizon Maps AI does not request, store or access domain account login credentials under any circumstances. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Rizon Maps AI and requesting domain credentials, contact us immediately at support@rizonmaps.com.au.
11. Website Ownership & Licence
What the client owns. The domain name; the business identity and trading name; logos and branding assets supplied by the client; written content provided by the client; and all original business materials the client submits.
What Rizon Maps AI owns. All proprietary website templates, design systems, development frameworks, structures, custom integrations, hosted platform components, backend infrastructure, and every system, tool and technology used in service delivery.
Source files are not transferable. Website source files, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, template files, design system components and internal frameworks are not transferred to the client or to any third party under any circumstances — not as part of the standard service and not on request. No transfer will be made regardless of the reason. Any claim to such files does not form part of the service agreement.
The website is licensed, not sold. The website is licensed for use for the duration of the active subscription. It is built, optimised and managed within the Rizon Maps AI hosting infrastructure. If the subscription ends, hosting is deactivated and the website goes offline.
The setup fee is not a purchase of the website. It pays for the work of building the client's site: applying their logo and branding, writing and structuring their services, configuring their emails, links and pages, and launching it. That work is performed and delivered whether or not the client later continues the subscription.
Migration. Clients may point their domain to another hosting provider at any time. Because the templates, source files and platform components remain the intellectual property of Rizon Maps AI, the new provider will need to build a new website independently. Rizon Maps AI does not supply source files, templates or internal code as part of any migration, and does not guarantee compatibility, functionality, design consistency or performance of anything built elsewhere.
12. Rizon AutoDealer Management Platform
The Management Platform is a proprietary system owned and operated by Rizon Maps AI and provided under licence for the duration of the subscription. The client does not acquire ownership of the platform, its software, infrastructure or underlying systems.
Each dealership account supports up to 150 active vehicle listings. Photographs uploaded to vehicle listings are stored for the duration of the subscription.
Listing accuracy is the dealership's responsibility. Rizon Maps AI does not verify vehicle details, pricing, registration status, odometer readings, finance information, roadworthy status or compliance with motor dealer legislation. The dealership is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything it publishes.
Rizon Maps AI provides website and platform infrastructure only. It takes no part in any vehicle transaction, is not a party to any sale, and does not act as an agent, broker or intermediary between the dealership and its customers.
If the subscription ends, the dealership website goes offline. Vehicle listings and photographs are retained for 30 days before permanent removal, in line with Section 5.
13. Trade-in Enquiries & Customer Data
The Rizon AutoDealer website includes a Sell / Trade-in form through which members of the public may submit details of a vehicle they wish to sell, together with photographs.
The dealership is responsible for these enquiries. The information belongs to the person who submitted it, and the dealership decides how it is used. Rizon Maps AI stores and transmits that information solely to deliver the service to the dealership and for no other purpose. Rizon Maps AI AI does not sell, share or use enquiry data for marketing.
Photographs are deleted after 7 days. Photographs submitted with a trade-in enquiry are automatically and permanently deleted from Rizon Maps AI AI systems seven days after the enquiry is received. The written record — the customer's contact details and vehicle details — is retained in the dealership's Management Platform. A dealership needing a photograph beyond seven days should download it within that period.
Notification emails. When an enquiry is submitted, Rizon Maps AI sends a notification to the email address configured on the dealership's account. The message is sent from an address on the rizonmaps.com.au domain, with the enquiring customer's own address set as the reply address, so replies go directly to that customer. Rizon Maps AI does not send marketing to enquiry contacts.
Email delivery is not guaranteed. Automated notification emails depend on mail servers, spam filters and receiving providers outside Rizon Maps AI' control, and individual messages may occasionally be delayed, filtered or not delivered. A notification that does not arrive does not mean the enquiry was lost. Every enquiry is recorded in the dealership's Management Platform at the moment it is submitted, and the platform is the authoritative record. Dealerships should check their Trade-in page in the platform rather than relying on email alone. Where a delivery problem is reported to Rizon Maps AI, it will be investigated and corrected as promptly as reasonably practicable. A delayed or undelivered notification email does not constitute a failure of the service.
The dealership's own obligations. Once a dealership downloads, forwards or otherwise acts on an enquiry, it is responsible for handling that information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any other law applying to its business. Rizon Maps AI is not responsible for how a dealership uses enquiry data outside the platform.
14. Legal Pages & Policy Templates
As part of the website setup and deployment process, Rizon Maps AI may include standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy page templates within the website structure. These templates are provided for general website structural purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
Clients are fully responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring that all legal pages, policies and website content comply with their specific business activities, industry requirements and applicable local laws before approving deployment. If the client requires professionally prepared or legally reviewed policies, it is the client's responsibility to obtain independent legal advice or provide custom legal documents prior to deployment.
Final website approval and deployment by the client constitutes acceptance and approval of all website content, including any Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy pages and legal templates included at that time. Changes requested after deployment approval are treated as work outside the subscription (Section 6).
15. Client Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use and publish any logos, trademarks, images, videos, written content, business information or materials provided to Rizon Maps AI. Rizon Maps AI is not responsible for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, misleading claims or legal issues arising from client-provided materials. By submitting materials, the client confirms they hold the necessary rights for the agreed service purpose.
16. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use Rizon Maps AI services, hosting infrastructure or platform access for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose, including illegal activity, spam, phishing, impersonation, publication of harmful or defamatory content, copyright or trademark infringement, or any activity violating applicable laws. Rizon Maps AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for any breach of acceptable use, without refund obligation.
17. AI Systems & Automation
Rizon Maps AI may use AI-powered systems, automation tools, machine learning technologies, third-party APIs and digital optimisation software to assist in website generation, content structuring, visibility analysis, reporting, AI search monitoring, customer support automation and service delivery. These tools are used to enhance operational efficiency. Final implementation decisions remain subject to human oversight where applicable.
Rizon Maps AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party AI platforms or APIs, which may change, evolve, become restricted or discontinue functionality at any time without notice.
18. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Rizon Maps AI relies on third-party platforms to deliver certain services, including Google and Google Maps Platform, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hostinger, Stripe and PayPal, among others.
Rizon Maps AI is not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, account restrictions, pricing changes or functionality changes made by third-party providers. Third-party services operate independently and remain subject to their own terms and availability. These circumstances do not entitle the client to a refund or service credit.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rizon Maps AI is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss; loss of profits, business opportunities or revenue; loss of rankings or online visibility; loss of data, email communications or business information; email interruptions or data loss from expired services, non-payment or client-initiated migration; loss of trade-in enquiry data or photographs after the retention periods stated in Section 13; third-party platform outages or policy changes; search engine or AI algorithm changes; website or email downtime resulting from non-payment; or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, Rizon Maps AI services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining independent backups of all important business content, communications and email data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
20. Performance Disclaimer
Rizon Maps AI uses advanced platforms and proven optimisation methods to improve online visibility across multiple industries. Every business responds differently and results depend on many external factors beyond Rizon Maps AI's control.
Rizon Maps AI does not guarantee any specific ranking or position on Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or any other AI or search platform. Visibility depends on algorithm changes, market competition, customer reviews, website authority, business reputation and broader online activity.
The Visibility Dashboard is a monitoring and reporting tool. Rankings on Google, Google Maps and AI platforms are controlled by those platforms and are not guaranteed. Website improvements are applied on an ongoing basis as they are identified; no fixed update frequency is promised.
21. Refunds & Subscription Cancellation
All purchases are subject to the following conditions. By completing a purchase the client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Rizon Maps AI Privacy Policy, both of which are presented and must be accepted at checkout before payment is processed.
Cancelling a subscription
A subscription may be cancelled at any time. Rizon Maps AI does not charge a cancellation fee, and there is no obligation to renew. A period that has already been paid for is not refunded; the service continues to run until that period ends.
Monthly subscriptions. A monthly subscription may be cancelled at any time and takes effect from the following month. The month already charged is not refunded, and the service continues to run for the remainder of that paid month.
Annual and 12-month subscriptions. Where a subscription has been paid annually, or where a plan includes twelve months of service paid in advance, cancellation stops the subscription from renewing. The service continues to operate normally until the end of the period already paid, and is not renewed after that date. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a paid period.
What happens at the end. When a cancelled subscription reaches the end of its paid period, hosting is deactivated and the website is taken offline. Email aliases and forwarding that depend on the Rizon Maps AI environment stop working at the same time — see Section 9, and please give us at least 30 days' notice if you want help transitioning first.
How to cancel. Please send your cancellation request by email to support@rizonmaps.com.au. We may ask what prompted the decision — not to talk you out of it, but because that is how we find out what needs improving. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
If you are charged after sending your request. Billing runs on an automated schedule, so a payment may occasionally be taken from your card in the short window between your email arriving and the cancellation being processed. If that happens, that payment will be refunded to you in full. You do not need to chase it. This is the one exception to the non-refund conditions below, which apply to periods charged before a cancellation request was received.
Refunds
Setup fees are non-refundable once purchased. On payment confirmation, Rizon Maps AI immediately begins project allocation, sends the onboarding email, and commits scheduling and development resources. That commitment begins at the moment of purchase, regardless of how quickly the client provides materials.
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the period already paid. This applies equally to monthly and annual subscriptions, and applies to any period charged before a cancellation request is received. A payment taken after a cancellation request has been sent is refunded in full, as set out above.
Change of mind is not grounds for a refund. Rizon AutoDealer clients have a 7-day free trial of the complete product available before any payment, and Business Website clients can browse the full template library in detail before purchase. Both products can be examined thoroughly at no cost and with no commitment.
Project validity. A purchase remains valid for twelve (12) months from the payment date, during which the client may engage and complete the project at their own pace. If the project has not launched within twelve months due to client inaction, the purchase lapses without refund entitlement and a new purchase is required to proceed.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer right, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, United States consumer protection laws, or applicable European Union consumer rights directives.
22. Client Responsibilities & Project Delays
Directing the domain is the client’s responsibility. A website cannot be published and email cannot be delivered until the client directs their domain to the Rizon Maps AI hosting environment. Rizon Maps AI supplies the required records and instructions and will assist, but the change itself is made in the client’s own registrar account and cannot be performed by Rizon Maps AI without the client’s cooperation. The client confirms at the time of purchase that they accept this responsibility.
Delays on the client’s side do not pause billing. Where a project cannot proceed because required materials, approvals, domain access or DNS changes have not been provided, the work remains scheduled and available and the subscription continues to be billed in accordance with Section 5. This applies however long the delay lasts. Rizon Maps AI does not make any part of its work conditional on completion of these steps, and the absence of them is not a failure of the service.
Clients are responsible for providing all information and approvals required for project completion, including domain name details, DNS configuration, business details, logo and brand assets, image assets, review and approval of website content prepared by Rizon Maps AI, and timely communication responses.
Website content is prepared by Rizon Maps AI based on information provided by the client and publicly available business information. The client is responsible for reviewing, approving or requesting adjustments before launch.
Submission & scheduling. All required client materials must be submitted with sufficient lead time to allow Rizon Maps AI to review, process and schedule the work into the production workflow. Rizon Maps AI reserves the right to reasonable scheduling time following receipt of client materials and is not obligated to prioritise or immediately process submissions made at short notice, in bulk, or close to a self-imposed client deadline. Standard production timelines apply from the point of complete material submission.
23. Purchase Eligibility & Identity Verification
Rizon Maps AI may decline a purchase
Rizon Maps AI reserves the right to decline any purchase where, on assessment, the plans and templates offered are not suited to the client's type of business and the service could not be delivered to the standard Rizon Maps AI intends.
The most common case is set out in Section 2.6: plans are built for businesses with a physical location or service area, and a business operating entirely online should contact us before purchasing so we can assess it first. A purchase made without that prior discussion may be declined.
If a purchase is declined, it is refunded in full. The refund is issued to the original payment method, normally within five business days, and no setup or administration fee is deducted. This is a decision made by Rizon Maps AI, not a change of mind by the client, and the client is not out of pocket for it. The non-refundable conditions in Section 21 apply to cancellations by the client and do not apply here.
Where a purchase can be delivered with adjustments, Rizon Maps AI will contact the client to discuss what is possible before deciding either way. Declining is a last resort, not a first response.
Identity verification
To protect against fraud and confirm the legitimacy of the purchasing party, Rizon Maps AI requires clients to provide verified business contact information when completing a purchase: the business name, website address if applicable, and contact details corresponding to the business for which services are being purchased.
Contact information provided at checkout must match the publicly listed contact details for the business on Google Maps, the existing business website or other verified public listings. Following purchase, the business details registered at checkout cannot be changed. Services are delivered exclusively to the business identified and confirmed at the time of purchase.
If contact details do not match verified business records, Rizon Maps AI reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification to confirm the purchasing party is the legal owner or an authorised representative of the registered business.
Where Rizon Maps AI determines, through reasonable assessment, that a purchase presents indicators of fraud, impersonation or misrepresentation — including cases where the client cannot provide sufficient evidence of legitimate association with the business — Rizon Maps AI reserves the right to cancel the service and report the matter to the relevant authorities. In such cases no refund will be issued. This policy exists to protect legitimate business owners and the integrity of the platform.
24. Service Suspension & Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated if subscription payments remain unpaid beyond the grace period set out in Section 5, if abuse or misuse occurs, if fraudulent activity is detected, if acceptable use conditions are violated, or if required project information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.
25. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Complaints
Before any purchase can be completed, the client is required to review and accept these Terms & Conditions and the Rizon Maps AI Privacy Policy. Payment processing will not proceed until this acceptance is confirmed at checkout. By completing a purchase, the client formally acknowledges this agreement.
Services commence immediately upon payment confirmation. The client acknowledges that onboarding, resource allocation and development preparation begin without delay. Clients agree not to initiate unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks for services already initiated, activated, delivered or partially completed.
In the event of a dispute, Rizon Maps AI reserves the right to provide Terms & Conditions acceptance records, communication records, onboarding records, invoices, platform access logs and proof of work commencement to the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Payments appear on your bank or credit card statement as RIZON MAPS or similar.
Raising a concern. If you have a question about a charge, a concern or a complaint, please contact Rizon Maps AI directly before initiating a payment dispute with your bank or card provider. Most issues are resolved quickly this way.

26. Service Delivery Timeframes
Rizon Maps AI aims to deliver within the following general timeframes after payment confirmation and receipt of all required client materials:
- Rizon AutoDealer free trial: the account is activated as soon as the business details submitted at signup have been reviewed and confirmed (see Section 23);
- Visibility Dashboard: activation depends on the client completing the onboarding form. Where the form is completed promptly, we aim to have the dashboard active within approximately two weeks of purchase;
- Website development: typically 2–6 weeks from the point of complete material submission by the client.
These are estimates. Commencement and completion depend directly on timely and complete submission of all required materials. Rizon Maps AI will not be held to delivery timelines where materials have not been fully provided. If Rizon Maps AI anticipates a material internal delay, the client will be notified promptly.
27. Governing Law
Rizon Maps AI is based in Australia and provides its services to clients worldwide, including in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Europe and South America.
Regardless of where the client is located, these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer right the client may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, United States consumer protection laws, or applicable European Union consumer rights directives.
28. Privacy
Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the Rizon Maps AI Privacy Policy, available at rizonmaps.com.au/privacy. By purchasing any service the client acknowledges and agrees to the collection and use of their information as described in that policy.
29. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any service or plan from Rizon Maps AI, the client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is required at checkout before any purchase can be completed.
